December 19, 2007 - Today, nVidia launched a web site and a forum for programmers of HPC software (High-Performance Computing). CUDA Zone organizes the information and tools for developing GPGPU applications (General-Purpose Computing on GPU) on their GeForce, Tesla, and Quadro products.
CUDA (Compute Unified Device Architecture) is a development environment for the C programming language. It includes a compiler, libraries, a profiler, a debugger, and documentation. The environment is freely available for Linux and Windows.
